So Many Flavors, So Little Time!

You’ve may have heard of blackberry honey, wildflower honey and and the ever abundant, clover honey and wondered what the significance of their names are. It’s simple, really. Each varietal of honey is named according to the blossom from which it’s nectar came. This means that blackberry honey is made from the nectar of blooming blackberry bushes. At Anna’s Honey we carry up to five honey varietals throughout the year. Clover, Wildflower, Blackberry, Raspberry and Fireweed.
